Tropical Smoothie

I'm so excited to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes today. Since I've been pregnant, I've been extremely aware of what I put in and on my body- everything down to the water I drink, the soap I use, not to mention who I surround myself with! Everything I used I already had in my cabinet. I'd say the only thing you need is a great blender and you're set to make your own version. 

Tropical Smoothie:

1/2 cup Organic Milk (Can substitute water of course if vegan)
1 whole organic banana (peeled of course)
1 Mango
1/2 cup unsweetened blueberries
1 cup frozen pineapple (if using fresh pineapple, just add 1/2 cup of ice)
1 teaspoon Spirulina (probiotic, optional)
1 Tablespoon Flax seed (optional)

Blend and top with organic chia seeds, fresh strawberries, and mango slices!
